What Chanel really resells for
Every price here comes from recorded eBay sales over the last three years. Chanel resale depends heavily on age, so we split recent bags (2019 and newer) from older ones using what each seller wrote in the listing, and only show pieces with at least 10 sales of recent bags.

How to read this: "Typical" is the median sale of recent bags. The middle half is where half of those sales landed. Older bags are shown separately because a 2005 flap and a 2024 flap are different markets. Most sellers do not say a bag's year, so those sales are counted in the total but not in either price. Chanel does not publish US prices for card holders, Coco Handle, Vanity, Deauville or Duma, so retail is left blank there rather than guessed.
