The sporty alternative in the small-size boom: a 29mm Yacht-Master with a rotating bezel, discontinued two decades ago.
Rising with the whole sub-30mm market, but from a sportier angle than the Lady-Datejust crowd.
The ladies' Yacht-Master 29 arrived in 1994 as part of the first watch family Rolex ever launched simultaneously in three sizes, a deliberate play for couples' wrists on actual yachts.
Platinum-bezel Rolesium versions carry real precious metal at costume-jewelry prices today. The ladies' sports-model rally hasn't fully reached the Yacht-Master yet, which is either an oversight or your opening.
Our verdict: Diversification inside the small-watch trade: same tailwind, different silhouette.
