The story

The Santos 100 marked the Santos's 100th birthday in 2004: a big, chunky case with exposed screws and a leather strap.

It was replaced by the 2018 Santos, and its resale price has settled well under the newer model.

Our verdict: Sells for about 40% under its $7,000 last price. 31 recorded eBay sales in the last 12 months, with prices flat over the year.
