The first ceramic-bezel GMT and the last with a single-color insert on steel. Twelve years of production, dead since 2019.
The cheapest entry into a discontinued ceramic GMT, and it tracks its two-color siblings upward.
The first ceramic GMT, launched 2007: all-black bezel because Rolex hadn't yet solved two-color ceramic, green GMT hand as the only flash. The forums called it boring. The forums were wrong.
Discontinued in 2019, it became the value door into ceramic GMTs, and the green-hand-on-black look aged into its own aesthetic rather than a compromise. Dealer stock moves fast at the right price, liquidity the spec sheet doesn't show.
Our verdict: The Pepsi trade on a budget. Same discontinuation physics, half the ticket.
