Omega released this model in 2020 to mark 50 years since NASA astronauts gave Omega the Silver Snoopy Award for its role in the Apollo 13 rescue.
The caseback has an animated Snoopy in a command module that moves with the running chronograph seconds.
It was the first regular production Snoopy, unlike the 2003 and 2015 limited editions.
It is one of the few current Speedmasters that trades above list price..
Our verdict: The only current Omega that trades above retail, and by a wide margin. Hard to get at a boutique, easy to sell on the open market: Omega's closest thing to a blue chip.
