The 2022 Speedmaster '57 is a hand-wound reinterpretation of the original 1957 CK2915, the first Speedmaster.
It uses the 9906 movement with a date at 6 and a steel tachymeter bezel instead of the Moonwatch aluminum insert.
Broad Arrow hands reference the original.
It is one of the weaker Speedmasters on resale, trading near 60 percent of current retail..
Our verdict: A lovely broad-arrow chronograph that the market prices at about 55 percent of retail. Wonderful to wear, painful to flip: buy it used or not at all.
