The modern businessman's default, and quietly one of the stronger non-sport performers: blue and mint motif dials on Jubilee trade well over retail.
Two-tone 41s have been climbing as Rolex keeps raising gold retail prices.
The 41mm Datejust exists because the modern wrist demanded it, and the blue-dial fluted-Jubilee configuration became its bestseller, the corner-office uniform from Singapore to Stamford.
Rolex sized it carefully: the 126334 wears big in presence but flat and comfortable, which is why it converts people who swore they were 36mm purists. The Wimbledon dial here outsells nearly everything else in the lineup.
Our verdict: Better than its reputation. Fluted bezel, Jubilee bracelet, blue or motif dial is the money configuration.
